With a foundation in business development, current board president Kelly Maxwell brings executive leadership, corporate structure and organizational management skills to the mission of Baby‘s Bounty. A native Las Vegan, Kelly loves spending time with her daughter Sophia, wife, Susan and large, extended family. When not helping businesses reach their full potential or volunteering, Kelly is working to improve her tennis game and enjoys visiting local restaurants with close friends.
A loving husband, doting father, dedicated real estate broker, Geoff Zahler is a community volunteer whom absolutely loves giving back to his city. Geoff is passionate about his family, watching his two girls grow, cooking, traveling both in the US and abroad, growing vegetables in his garden, and being present in the lives of friends, family and clients. Geoff cheers passionately for his favorite sports teams, laughs to tears at funny movies (and the occasional stupid internet video), and will forever love 90's hip-hop.
Christy Devine Shulman
In addition to being a charming raconteur, self-professed book worm and music lover, Christy Devine Shulman dedicates her time to her children, Eli and Lucy and husband, Jeff. Hailing from Mississippi, she brings Southern charm, a down-home sensibility and practicality to the mission of Baby’s Bounty. Christy is passionate about travel, a great Bourbon and the company of good friends.
Dr. Rutu Ezhuthachan, MD
Dr. Rutu Ezhuthachan is a medical director for UnitedHealthcare and is responsible for quality improvement and health education wellness teams at Health Plan of Nevada. With her background in pediatrics, it comes as no surprise that Dr. E, as her patients affectionately call her, still champions children’s health initiatives, such as immunization education, and leads initiatives to prevent preterm births, decrease Cesarean sections, and improve breastfeeding rates. She has been on the board of Baby’s Bounty for over 10 years and is proud to serve our youngest community members.
Dr. Jinsy Jacob, MD
Jinsy Jacob joined Baby's Bounty's board in 2018. She is a pediatrician at Nevada Health Centers where she is also their medical director for innovation, quality and research. She enjoys the work she does with her patients, whom are from the same underserved communities as that of the clients of Baby’s Bounty. Jinsy is also an MBA student at the IU Kelley School of Business. She grew up in Dubai and has lived in Vegas for the last three and a half years. She enjoys travelling, restaurants, museums and the performing arts.
