Those in need of assistance with a newborn, or baby up to six months of age, should contact a social service provider or refer to any of the useful links listed below. A caseworker will assist in filling out the referral form (see below). A request can ONLY be made by a CASEWORKER or SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER. The items must be picked up by a CASEWORKER, by appointment, from the Baby's Bounty™ distribution center.

CASEWORKERS: You can fax the request for assistance any time during the mother's pregnancy......just BE SURE TO CALL US when the baby is born.  We will contact you when the items are ready to be picked up.  Our facility is located at the corner of Tropicana & Eastern at 2295 Renaissance Drive, Suite D, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
